Hello, PIOneers!
It’s been a little while since our last "Cluck" in April, and wow, have things been buzzing on the farm! We've navigated some unexpected turns, celebrated big wins, and are incredibly grateful for your unwavering support.
The PIOneers truly fuel everything we do here at Punto Pio.
Pio Progress Report: Overcoming Challenges Together!
Life on the farm is always an adventure, and these past few months have been no exception. We want to be transparent about our journey and celebrate our resilience, all thanks to you!
🦊 A Wild Turn of Events:
You might have noticed some delivery delays recently. We faced an unexpected and serious challenge with leptospirosis, traced back to a mischievous mongoose we've since safely caught.
This health scare even impacted our own family, as our beloved farm dog contracted it, and sadly, we had to make the difficult decision to put him to sleep.
However, his positive test was a crucial early warning, allowing our team to take immediate action with antibiotics and reinforce protective measures across the farm. Our hens are now safe and sound, and we're more vigilant than ever!

🚗 Pío Móvil's Pit Stop:
Our trusty delivery vehicle, the Pío Móvil, took an unexpected break. It’s been tough without it, causing some delays, but we're thrilled to announce the parts are on their way! Your continued egg orders help us get back on the road to bring freshness right to your door.

🐣 Another Chick Naming Milestone!
We've now soared past 120 named chickens through our incredible NACO initiative! It’s heartwarming to see the unique and hilarious names you come up with. Keep an eye on our social media as we slowly introduce your sponsored chicks!

🏅 A Special Shout-out: Our Delivery Hero!
A massive thank you to Alfredo Atkinson (Yari's dad)! He truly went above and beyond yesterday, helping Yari set a new personal record of 30 deliveries in a single day, especially while our Pío Móvil is getting fixed!
